About Prime Labs

We are a research-driven AI company building the foundation models behind AI-native education. Our mission is to give every child the best teacher — an AI that listens closely, adapts in the moment, and teaches the way great teachers do.

Most AI learned from the internet, where good teaching is almost absent. Ours learns from authentic learning data: years of real one-on-one lessons between teachers and children, studied with the rigour of a research lab and tested in randomized trials with real learners.

We are actively hiring. Our team brings together passionate people from various backgrounds, including people who previously scaled a business to $1B in revenue, completed a Physics PhD at MIT, one Princeton valedictorian, a speech scientist, AI researchers, learning scientists, veteran educators and Stanford faculty.
